Hak5 909 – HD video mixers for under a grand, broadband bonding live streamers, extreme sports cameras and more

This time on an unorthodox Hak5, producers Darren and Paul venture to Las Vegas for the NAB Show and see what the National Association of Broadcasters are up to. We find HD video mixers for under a grand, 3G and 4G bonding solutions for live streaming on the go, HDMI field recorders, extreme sports cameras and some 30 foot jibs we can’t afford or house but still want anyway. This is our technolust!

Bringing a wireless mic to NAB: probably not the smartest idea, buttt….. A big part of the problem is probably actually how he’s holding it – the antenna is usually in the base, and wrapping his hand around the bottom of it is NOT going to help! It only seems to be cutting out when his hands are near the base.
Love the ep though, awesome to see some of this stuff, if only I had a spare $10k…

During the domain.com commercial the audio gets out of sync with the video. I have downloaded it twice to see if it downloaded wrong and it still doesnt work. It was kinda funny that you were talking about that in the interview just before that. It was the HD version hak5–0909–nabtime–hd720p30.h264.mp4. I will try a different version and see if that works.

I found the same problem as the post above. The video gets completely and horribly out of sync. I tried hak5–0909–nabtime–hd720p30.h264.mp4 and will download another.
