Just a heads up about some upcoming website updates in preparation for the upcoming season premiere (August 5th as usual). We’ve changed the permalink structure of the site meaning that rather than having ugly urls like hak5.org/archives/237 we now have hak5.org/episodes/season-3-episode-9. Isn’t that beautiful? mod_rewrite is taking care of any prior bookmarks you may have, everything is redirecting correctly from the old structure.
We’ll be uploading a ton of archive material over the next few weeks so if you’re subscribed to the site-wide RSS feed you’ll likely get flooded with pages.
This will not impact the xvid, mp4, or wmv feeds.
We’ll have an update on the HakHouse progress soon. The short version is we’ve moved back into the HakHouse but the first flood is still under construction meaning we don’t have a kitchen, living room, or studio.
Cheers,
Darren
